In 2013, Prestige Group was honoured for its leadership and project quality. It received the FICCI FLO Award for women’s leadership, celebrating its focus on empowering women in business. The group also won the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Award as Best Builder, reflecting its strong market reputation. Additionally, it earned the Indian Realty Award, Asia Pacific Property Award & NDTV Property Award for excellence in design & construction.
In 2014, Prestige Group Construction Group continued its winning streak. It won the Bangalore Real Estate Award for Best Project in the city, highlighting its local impact. The group again earned the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Award, as well as the Realty Plus Excellence Award. Dun & Bradstreet recognized its financial strength, and it was honoured at the Asia Pacific Property Awards for outstanding commercial and residential projects. It also received the IMAGES Shopping Centre Award.

In 2020, amid challenging times, Prestige Group stood out for workplace excellence and innovation. It won the World HRD Congress Award for Best Workplace. The Realty Plus Award recognized its quality construction. It received the Global Awards for Retail Excellence for one of its shopping malls and the Images Food Service Award for its food court design. It also earned praise for its innovative marketing campaigns.

UB City won the Best Thematic Decoration Award for seasonal design. Forum Thomsun Mall was named Upcoming Mall of the Year, and Forum Falcon City was honoured as the Most Admiring Shopping Centre Launch.
In 2024, Prestige Group set new benchmarks in retail and luxury living. Mr. Irfan Razack received the Modern Shopping Center Pioneer Award from the Retailers Association of India. Forum Mall Kochi won the CNBC Real Estate Award for Best Retail Project. Prestige Leela Residences was named Best Ultra Luxury Residential Project by CNBC. JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa earned a gold at the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards.
Early in 2025, Prestige Group added top honours to its list. On February 6, it received a developer grading certificate from CRISIL at a property handover event, recognizing its strong delivery standards. The group was also awarded by MAPIC India for collaboration and innovation in retail real estate. Mr. Irfan Razack won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the ET Business Awards for his leadership and vision.
